TERMS AND CONDITIONS |

TERMS: F.O.B. Shipping Point: MasterCard, Visa, C.O.D. or
open account.
PRODUCT WARRANTY: Only such warranties
as are mad by the manufacturer of the goods are available
to the Buyer. SELLER MAKES NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND,
WHATEVER, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED; AND IMPLIED WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
IS HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY THE SELLER. Seller shall not
be liable for any consequential damages, loss or expense
arising from the use of or the inability to use the
goods for any purpose whatsoever.

The
demo period is 3 days from
the date of receiving. A late fee will be
2.5% per week. The minimum charge will be $20.00.

Freight
charges, to your location, will be our expense.

This
tool must be returned to us in the same
packing that you received the tool in, Including
exterior cartons. Some of the boxes
the tools are packed in are not intended
for shipping and become easily damaged during
shipment.

All
accessories (cleaning brush, wrenches,
and air fittings) and manuals shipped with
the tool must be returned. Any missing parts
will be billed at list price.

Any
parts excessively worn or damaged will be
replaced. The customer will be charged list
price plus a $50.00 bench charge.

To
return this tool calls for a Return Goods Authorization (R.G.A.) number. This will
let us know approximately when the tool
will be available for another demonstration.

Upon
return of the tool, our Technical Department
will test it. Any worn or damaged parts
will be replaced prior to being restocked.

Estimates
will automatically be provided if the cost of
repair will exceed 33% of list price of the
tool. We offer a 60-day warranty with all rebuilt
